On May30, TECO-NY Education Acting Director Jennifer Wang arranged The Ministry of Education’s Huayu Enrichment Scholarships Award Presentation meeting and workshop for the Hunter College Chinese Flagship Program students. There are 8 outstanding students attended to the workshop and shared their opinions and experience of studying Chinese and Taiwanese culture.This is an unique chance for people gathering together and share their thought and concern before studying Taiwan. And the TECO-NY Education will continuously support students studying Chinese. Acting Director Jennifer Wang wished there will be more students to have chance to go to study abroad in Taiwan in the future and improve their Chinese.

Mandarin Chinese at one of Taiwan’s outstanding language centers for 2( summer) , 3, 6 or 9 months. The Ministry of Education’s Huayu Enrichment Scholarships support international students pursuing Huayu (Mandarin proficiency) courses in Taiwan, both to increase their understanding of Taiwanese culture and society and to promote mutual understanding between Taiwan and the international community.
