【NEW】The amended criteria for issuing TOCFL Listening and Reading Certificates will be applied to all official TOCFL tests starting 2020: Certificates at a given level will be awarded to test takers taking Listening and Reading tests on the same day based on two conditions: (1) The achieved total score meets the total score requirement; and (2) the score achieved for each test meets the respective minimum requirement.(The Amendment)
2023 TOCFL & CCCC Test Schedule
The Education Division at TECO New York hosts two tests of Chinese language proficiency: Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) and the Children's Chinese Competency Certification (CCCC). We welcome all students studying Mandarin Chinese to take these proficiency exams.
The exam schedule for both the TOCFL and CCCC in 2023 is posted below:

Those who are interested in taking the tests need to register online(https://tocfl.sc-top.org.tw/zoom/) and print out the registration form. Registration fee needs to be paid by check (Title: Education Division, TECO in New York) and submitted together with the registration form to the Education Division of TECO in New York at least one week before registration deadline (Recipient address: 1 East 42nd Street, 6th Floor New York, NY 10017).
