本次活動由經濟部主辦、駐紐約辦事處教育組與駐波士頓辦事處教育組共同協辦，旨在協助臺灣企業延攬海外人才、推廣臺灣政府Contact TAIWAN 攬才網站及就業金卡等服務，將廣邀美國東北地區各大學院校暨台灣同學會共同參與介紹台積電、美光、華碩、瑞昱、信邦電子等 5 家臺灣優質企業就業環境與人才需求。其中，台積電及美光將派人資部門代表上線與出席者進行交流。主辦單位並將於會後提供參與活動企業職缺及聯繫方式等資訊。
