The 18-voice Cantori performs a wide range of a cappella choral literature, including each year a new work by a different distinguished American composer for the Cantori Commissioning Project as a commitment to the fostering of American contemporary choral music.

Yunn-Shan Ma, a native of Taiwan, is active as a conductor, pianist and educator in both America and Asia. Ms. Ma is the current music director of the Taiwanese Choral Society of Rochester. She received the full scholarship for the doctorate study at the Eastman School of Music in 2011 under the tutelage of Dr. William Weinert and Neil Varon.
